1. Major logistics services, including:
a) Cargo handling services, including container loading and unloading activities;
b) Warehousing and storage services, including container warehousing and raw material and equipment handling business;
c) Transport agency services, including agency activities for customs clearance and cargo handling planning;
d) Other auxiliary services, including the receipt, storage and management of information related to the transportation and storage of goods throughout the logistics chain; activities of re-handling goods returned by customers, inventory, overdue goods, out-of-date goods and redistribution of such goods; container leasing and leasing activities.
2. Logistics services related to transport, including:
a) Maritime transport services;
b) Inland waterway transport services;
c) Air transport services;
d) Railway transport services;
d) Road transport services.
e) Pipeline transportation services.
3. Other relevant logistics services, including:
a) Technical inspection and analysis services;
b) Postal services;
c) Wholesale trade services;
d) Retail trade services, including warehousing, collection, gathering, sorting, re-distribution and delivery;
d) Other transport support services.
4. Rights and obligations of traders providing logistics services
4.1. Unless otherwise agreed, traders providing logistics services have the following rights and obligations:
a) Receive service remuneration and other reasonable expenses;
b) In the course of contract performance, if there are plausible reasons for the benefit of customers, traders providing logistic services may conduct them differently from the customers’ instructions, but immediately notify such customers. ;
c) When a situation occurs which may lead to failure to implement part or all of the customer’s instructions, they must immediately notify the customer for instructions;
d) In case there is no agreement on the specific time limit for performing obligations with customers, they must perform their obligations within a reasonable time limit.
4.2. When transporting goods, traders providing logistics services must comply with the provisions of law and transport practices.
